The room was spacious & clean, good amenities. The lovely pool area right by the beach was a hit! Breakfast had fresh waffles (yum!), and the staff was generally friendly.

The room was very clean, the staff was amicable and the location was excellent. Visited their restaurant Chiringuito couple of times. Furthermore, free parking is available. Totally GREAT experience.

Family with children getaway

The beach was fantastic, direct access made it super easy for the kids. And the breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, really something to wake up for, everyone loved it!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but I guess you pay for the experience.

the beaches nearby are beautiful and relaxing. the wifi connection was really weak.

the check-in was a bit slow. but the beachfront was gorgeous, we loved the two spacious pools, and the complimentary drinks were a nice surprise.

The facilities and layout were excellent, proximity to the beach unique, beautiful beach, excellent food at the main restaurant, well-presented menu.

Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! We loved the friendly and attentive staff who made our stay truly special. the pool and beach are a stone's throw away from each other, making it easy to hop back and forth between the two. the view of the ocean from our room was the cherry on top. Unfortunately, there were a few things that could have been better. the traffic noise from nearby busy roads was a bit of a nuisance, and the food service could have been faster. the beautiful surroundings more than made up for these small issues. We would definitely come back again and recommend this place to others! .

The hotel is located in a great spot next to the beach. The pool and private beach were stunning and definitely the best aspects of the hotel. It was great to have access to the pool and the beach just a few steps away from our room. The food in the restaurant was also delicious and quite cheap compared to other hotels in the area.

Our experience was ruined by the poor service. The staff was not attentive, and they seemed uninterested in ensuring we had a good experience.

I enjoyed having quick access to the ocean from the pool area. the cleanliness of the facilities, including the cafeteria where I had my snacks, was excellent. The hotel staff was accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Unfortunately, there weren't many other restaurant options nearby and the hotel food was overpriced. the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, though we did have issues with ants in one of our rooms. the facility and amenities were beautiful and well maintained.

The lack of hot water for our entire stay was a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to inform management, they denied the issue or tried to accuse us of lying to get a discount.

Nestled by the glistening coastline, this hotel is a hidden gem. With exceptional service, I indulged in luxuries beyond my expectation. the Spa and wellness center is divine, with a sauna, steam room and massage techniques for utter relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area are impeccably kept, offering sun loungers, beach umbrellas and BBQ facilities. the private facilities in my room were exclusive, providing a special getaway.

Though everything was immaculate, the restaurant was the one minor issue I had. the poolside snack bar was fantastic but the breakfast lacked special diet menus.
